Dr Susanne Klein: Counselling - Training - Coaching

Dr. Susanne Klein is the first German to be awarded the European Individual Award for coaching at Master Practitioner Level through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She has worked for more than 20 years as a coach and consultant, moderator and workshop leader on strategic issues and leadership skills. Formerly, she was a head of Human Resources; since 1994 she has run her own company. Together with competent and experienced colleagues, she supports companies in change processes (see partner links).

In her work she focuses on leadership development, conflict management, individual coaching, team development and the qualification process for Business Performance Coaching.

In 2008 she won the first German award from the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) for her Senior Practitioner Program. The certification for the Foundation Programme followed 2010.

2012 Dr. Klein won the 20th aniversary award of EMCC in Bilbao for her Leadership Coaching Programme for Deutsche Telekom Technical Services. Om January 24th this award was given to the German Telekom.

Since 2012 Dr. Klein is head of the international EMCC team for quality standards in coaching programmes.

Dr. Klein studied psycholinguistics and psychology and now focuses on systemic, solutionist and humour interventions.

She has an additional qualification as a non-medical healing practitioner.
